The Department of Anatomy, Tagore Medical College and Hospital, organized The MedLead 2025 – Empowering Healthcare Leaders Workshop was a landmark event designed to nurture and inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders. Held amidst an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation, the workshop brought together medical professionals, students, and thought leaders from various disciplines. The workshop has six sessions covered a wide range of crucial topics such as Explore the role of leadership in the medical field, Self-assessment leadership styles for personal growth, Understand team dynamics and collaboration in healthcare, Enhance leadership communication skills, Learn to make effective decisions under pressure, Strengthen analytical thinking and teamwork in crises, develop strategies for overcoming challenges in leadership b a eminent list of speakers . One of the key moments of the event was the screening of the glimpse video, a powerful visual journey that captured the essence of the workshop showcasing moments of insightful discussions, team activities, keynote speeches, and the vibrant engagement of all participants. Adding to the significance of the occasion was the Torch Light Handing Over Ceremony, a symbolic ritual where senior healthcare leaders passed on the "torch of leadership" to emerging talents, emphasizing the values of responsibility, mentorship, and the continuity of excellence. This emotional and inspiring ceremony reinforced the core mission of MedLead 2025 — to empower, enlighten, and equip healthcare leaders for the challenges of tomorrow. The event was validated by a observer from taminadu medical council Dr.Mohankumar from chengalpatu medical college. Students responded to the Google form's questions about the workshop.
