This centre has also accommodation with messing facilities for the students and CRRIs . A  population of 30,000 is covered under health scheme by this centre. Seven vehicles are available for transport of students and CRRIs.<\/p>\n<p>The Urban Health Training Centre, attached to this College functions at  47, Hasthinapuram Main Road ,Opp. To MIT College,  Chrompet situated at a distance of  15 km away from this College. Urban population of <strong>40,000<\/strong> is covered under Health scheme of this centre. The students and CRRIs are regularly taken to this centre in our own vehicle for training. <\/p>\n<p>Each Rural and Urban centre  is having one Assistant Professor . One Lady Medical Officer , two Medical Social Worker, one Public Health Nurse , Two Health Inspector, one Health Educator , two technician  and one each driver , peon, store keeper etc.,<\/p>\n<p>Apart from our own above mentioned two centre\u2019s for training of students and CRRIs , this Institution  is having a tie up arrangement with the Government of Tamil Nadu  for training of students in the Primary Health Centres of Thiruporur , Ezhichur  and Maduramangalam. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tagore Medical College maintains , of its own one Rural centre and one Urban centre , for the benefit of students \/ CRRIs and the patients.
